Reheating Instructions

Please note – everything is fully cooked. You are just reheating.
All appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only.
Always check that the food is heated thoroughly and piping hot in the centre.

Preheat oven to 170*C. Put Salmon Cakes in the oven for 10 min, lid off

Irish Smoked Salmon on homemade brown soda bread
Keep refrigerated, take out of the fridge 10 mins before serving

Hodgin’s Cocktail sausages, marinated in wholegrain mustard & honey
Preheat oven to 170*C. Put cocktail sausages in the oven for 10 min, lid off

Spicy Chicken Skewers with sweet chili dip
Preheat oven to 170*C. Put cocktail sausages in the oven for 10 min, lid off

Chicken Liver Pâté with melba toast
Keep refrigerated, take out of the fridge 10 mins before serving

Crispy Chicken Goujons with sweet chili dip
Preheat oven to 170*C. Put chicken goujons in the oven for 10 min, lid off. Make
sure they are piping hot in the centre – cut one if needed.

Spiced Lamb Koftas with tzatziki yogurt dip
Preheat oven to 170*C. Put chicken goujons in the oven for 10 min, lid off.

Bluebell Falls Goat’s Cheese Crostini with roasted peppers and basil pesto
Preheat oven to 170*C. Place crostini in the oven for 2/3 until slightly warm

Crispy Vegetarian Risotto Balls with feta cheese and fresh herbs
Preheat oven to 170*C. Put risotto balls in the oven for 10 min, lid off.

Vegetarian Crispy Deep Fried Garlic Mushrooms with garlic mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 170*C. Put garlic mushrooms in the oven for 10 min, lid off.

Main Course

• Chilli Chicken
If doing in the pot – simmer gently until hot. DO NOT BOIL!
If doing in the oven, 170*C lid on for 45 mins until piping hot.
Serving – 7 pieces of chicken per person

• Chicken Jalfrezi
If doing in the pot – simmer gently until hot. DO NOT BOIL!
If doing in the oven, 170*C lid on for 45 mins until piping hot.
Serving – 7 pieces of chicken per person

• Chicken Korma
If doing in the pot – simmer gently until hot. DO NOT BOIL!
If doing in the oven, 170*C lid on for 45 mins until piping hot.

• Shepherd’s Pie
Lid off, wrap in foil. 170*C for 45 mins. Take off tin foil for last 10 mins.
Ensure it is piping hot in the centre.

• Slow braised Beef and Guinness Stew
If doing in the pot – simmer gently until hot. DO NOT BOIL!
If doing in the oven, 170*C lid on for 45 mins until piping hot.
Serving – 7 pieces of Beef per person

• Red wine braised Beef Bourguignon
If doing in the pot – simmer gently until hot. DO NOT BOIL!
If doing in the oven, 170*C lid on for 45 mins until piping hot.

• Beef Stroganoff
If doing in the pot – simmer gently until hot. DO NOT BOIL!

• Beef Lasagne
Lid off, cover in tinfoil. 170*C for 40 mins. Remove foil, put back in the oven for
10 min.

• Seafood Pie with sundried tomato herb crust
Lid off, cover in tinfoil. 170*C for 40 mins. Remove foil, put back in the oven for
10 mins.

• Roasted Aubergine, Chickpea and Tomato Chilli (VE)
If doing in the pot – simmer gently until hot. DO NOT BOIL!
If doing in the oven, 170*C lid on for 45 mins until piping hot.

• Quiche
Put in oven at 170* for 30 mins. Keep an eye.

Side Dishes

• Basmati Rice
Put in microwaveable bowl, cover in cling. Microwave gently in two minute
blasts until hot.
If leaving in tin foil tray, 170*C for 30 mins in oven

• Garlic Bread
Grill on both sides until lightly coloured.

• Mashed Potato
Put in microwaveable bowl, cover in cling, Microwave gently in two-minute
blasts until hot.
If leaving in tin foil tray, 170* for 30 mins in oven
